How do I choose the correct size?

Most East Rosé pieces are cut in relaxed, fluid silhouettes designed to drape naturally. We outline detailed chest, waist, and length measurements for each size (S, M, L, etc.) in our Size Guide.

Shipping & Orders

What is your domestic shipping policy?

We offer complimentary domestic shipping across Indonesia with no minimum purchase. Orders are processed from our Tangerang Warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the exchange policy?

We accept size exchange of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all tags attached within 1x24 hours of package delivery. Please contact our admin for exchange +62 852 5609 0937

What is the return policy?

If you receive an incorrect item due to a seller error (wrong item, size, or color) please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 852 5609 0937 within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and assist you in finding the best solution. Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
